For Brett Griggs, real estate is a family business; his father was a successful home builder and his mother is the owner of Spring Hill Realty also located here in Spring Hill Tennessee. Brett began his career working for his father who was a local home builder in Maury County, Tennessee. His father managed his projects end-to-end, often working alongside his crew; Brett learned the value of hard work and attention to detail. In 1991, Brett Griggs Construction was founded and grew quickly; by the mid-‘90s, Brett and his team were building subdivisions and developing neighborhoods throughout Maury and Williamson Counties. 

In 2003, Brett became a Licensed Realtor® and placed his license with his mother’s firm, allowing him to better serve his clients with all their real estate needs. In 2013, he became the managing broker. Brett quickly expanded the brokerage, tripling the staff in only 5 short years. In 2019, Brett opened his own firm, Middle Tennessee Real Estate and today, he and his staff provide representation for all aspects of real estate including residential and commercial development. Property Management is also available. 

Working with buyers, sellers, and investors, he brings the same attention to detail and hands-on experience to manage their transactions to a successful close.
